HIPAA

Bitewise is built for dental practices that upload their own production, ledger, and insurance exports. A signed business associate agreement is required before a customer file is accepted. That agreement is not offered on this page.

Files stay in Tetrago's own Azure subscription. The narrative portion of an analysis is sent to Azure AI Foundry under a US data zone. No other model provider receives the file.

Phase 1 does not accept clinical notes. Patient identifiers in an export are stored as a one-way digest that cannot be matched to another practice. Rows are kept for seven years unless the practice's agreement requires an earlier deletion. State dental-board clocks bind the dentist, not Tetrago.
